it's David Lynch and Isabella Rossellini. Probably on the set/promotional/press for Blue Velvet, but it's not an actual still from the movie. If you haven't seen BV, you should definitely rent it *immediately*. If you're not familiar with Lynch, be forewarned, his movies are crazy and terrifyingly awesome. and that is a gorgeous pic.
