Maya Hayuk is a Brooklyn based artist who is well known for her crazy murals. She fuses aspects of Ukrainian folk culture with crazy geometric shapes and bright colours. I love her work, and would really like to commission her to do a mural either at our gallery, or somewhere else in Adelaide. Our little city could really use a big burst of colour like this!
